
Joshua Z. Tabin – Founder
Joshua has over 26 years of technology industry experience and a unique global perspective on information technology and Internet software. He is the former CEO of Tabin Technology (83rd fastest-growing company in the United States in 1999, built to $50 million USD, sold October 2002 to En Pointe Technologies) and an Entrepreneur Hall of Fame award winner (2000).

Jon Horden – CEO
Jon is a highly experienced Product and General Manager with 15 years’ experience in both small and large international Internet and e-commerce companies. He has a passion for technology and has worked on a number of campaigns including PIPEX, Verizon, Monster.com and Web Reservations International, finally joining the PrismaStar team in October 2010. Jon is responsible for commercial and product management and is based in London.

Michael Ung – CFO
With a broad range of private practice and commercial experience in the media, advertising, technology and consulting sector spanning over 25 years, Michael has led finance and associated back office functions for several fast-growing SMEs as well as large global corporations. He controls the finance, legal, HR and other operational strands of the PrismaStar Group from its London base. Michael holds an MSc in Strategic Management Accounting and is a UK qualified Chartered Certified Accountant.

Matthew Taylor – Head of Professional Services
With an excellent track record in the e-commerce industry stretching over 15 years, Matt has an outstanding history of optimising and developing multi-million pound e-commerce websites for large UK companies, including Jessops, Next and BT Cellnet (now O2). Matt brings vast experience and expertise across a wide range of hardware and software technologies to PrismaStar.

Tom Theobald – CTO
Tom has worked in IT and software development since 1990. Working with a variety of companies, he was among the 15 first certified developers and trainers with Borland’s Delphi programming environment. His technical accomplishments include pioneering Web Services and version-update automation work with OpenTable, Inc., which resulted in the company netting its “Best Use of Windows Technologies” award in 2001. Tom has worked with many teams based in Bulgaria and the United Kingdom; he currently heads the PrismaStar team in the Czech Republic.
